Michigan State football has opened as a sizable underdog in their final home game of the season next week against Penn State.
Penn State is a mirror image of the Spartans when it comes to record. Like Michigan State, Penn State has lost six straight games, and sits at 3-6 overall and 0-6 in Big Ten play. The Nittany Lions lost a heartbreaker to Indiana this past weekend.
Kickoff from Spartan Stadium in East Lansing, Mich. is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET. This rivalry matchup between Michigan State and Penn State will be televised on CBS.
