The G League’s OKC Blue went through a 127-111 loss to the Rip City Remix on Friday. The road defeat dropped their record to 2-9 in the regular season.
Much of the same from the first matchup of his baseball series. The Blue were in a 41-27 deficit after the first quarter. It only got worse from there. OKC only has 25 points in the second frame. It was outscored as it entered halftime in a 75-52 hole.

No drama played out in the second half. The Blue only put up 24 points in the third frame. They were in an unreal 103-76 deficit. OKC prettied up the final margin with a 35-point fourth quarter. Ultimately, they trailed by as many as 27 points.
The Blue shot 49% from the field and went 11-of-34 (32.4%) from 3. They shot 10-of-15 on free throws. They had 25 assists on 42 baskets. Six Blue players scored double-digit points.
Meanwhile, the Remix shot 50% from the field and went 14-of-40 (35%) from 3. They shot 13-of-14 on free throws. They had 23 assists on 44 baskets. Six Remix players scored double-digit points.
