In Year 1 of James Gladstone, the Jaguars are taking a different approach with official 30 pre-draft visits.
In the month leading up to the NFL draft, we see report after report about teams having prospects in for official 30 visits. But not the Jacksonville Jaguars this year.

Official 30 visits are typically common practice around the NFL. Each draft cycle, every team can have up to 30 prospects visit the team facility. Teams will bring in early round picks all the way to undrafted players with, oftentimes, the sole purpose being that there is a question or two the team wants answered.
These meetings provide teams with the opportunity to do medical checks, walk through film with the player, discuss anything off the field, and get to know the prospect a bit more.
This practice that the Jaguars have implemented of choosing not to have any pre-draft visits is similar to what we’ve seen from the LA Rams–where GM James Gladstone came from–who often have flown under the radar when it comes to these pre-draft visits in recent years.
As Coen mentioned, the team is still having virtual meetings with prospects, but this new approach in Jacksonville provides a little extra cover in terms of which prospects may be on the Jaguars’ radar.
