AEXCIT x ZAPPA – Come Baby Come
With AEXCIT the two electronic music producers and DJs Alex and Thomas from Nuremberg, Germany have embarked on the mission to translate all the melodies playing in their heads into songs to share them with the rest of the world. Their new track “Come Baby Come” combines an old school vocal sample with a new school summer beat.
Billy Inns – Real Good
“Music is the best drug — it will reverse even your worst moments in time.” This is how Los Angeles native Billy Inns would describe his take on his music.
His new single, “Real Good,” is powered by a deep-4 on the floor kick layered with infectious conga drums, crisp hats, and flute rhythms. “Feel Good” blends Tech House with swagger. Turn it up let it move you.
Suncream – LIFE IS GOOD
Suncream’s new track “Life is Good” is pure summer. It seamlessly blends deep house, nu-disco, downtempo, and acid jazz. “I wanted to create something that feels both reminiscent and yet fresh, but most importantly, stands out in this digital world we find ourselves in,” says Suncream when talking about the new track. “It’s certainly dance music, but filtered through memory, nostalgia, and the feeling of staying out in the sun just a little longer.”
Look out for the new Suncream EP which is due for release in August.
Bodaishin x Veytik – Let’s Talk About Music
This track is exactly what its name suggests: a sonic mirror of friendship, flow, and creative kinship. The track rides an 80s-tinged bassline that reminds me of something you would have heard on “Drop The Pressure” or “Dr Beat” (or maybe even a combination of the two). The track has a lifting groove that surrounds you by warm house chords — it’s carefree, infectious and alive.
Classmatic x Crewcutz – Terrace Collapse
This new Classmatic x Crewcutz collab is a bouncy Brazilian tech house track that feels perfect to kick off a sunset dance party.
Wilhelm Richard – Dancing on the Abyss
Now tuning into to a little bit more of the ambient electronic side we’ve got the latest single from German producer, Wilhelm Richard. The track is called “Dancing on the Abyss” and it stretches time with it’s cinematic electronic composition. “I feel very connected to this track,” says Wilhelm when describing the new single. “[Dancing on the Abyss] combines the two spheres I like to merge a lot in an intense way this time: 1. a really emotional melancholic, orchestral and epic vibe, which is more like a listening experience and feels like standing on the edge of a huge abyss and 2. a dancefloor focused and intense beat and bass that really reaches a climax, that I consider is soooo nice to experience (and for me to play) live on a good soundsystem outside on a festival.”
