Rooskin and Beach for Tiger team up for their new single, “Dopatine”
British indie-pop band, Rooskin, team up with psychedelic soul band, Beach for Tiger, to create a feel-good, summer-loving, easy-going sound! Their new single, “Dopatine” (a combination of dopamine and nicotine), combines warm synth and laid-back vocals to create the perfect warm weather soundtrack.
The song is an observation of what large portions of recent generations have become addicted to and subsequently, have to pay for later in their lives. Conceptually, “Dopatine” looks at the trials of modern life caught up in the digital realm and explores topics like generational blame, mortality and refreshed outlooks on life. All of that wrapped up in a warm indie-pop package.
