The Cardinals won’t likely draft a quarterback, but these are the 10 QBs in the top 250 players in the draft.
The 2025 NFL draft is days away, beginning next Thursday night. Teams are finalizing their draft boards, including the Arizona Cardinals.
Here are the quarterbacks. The Cardinals are highly unlikely to draft a quarterback, it won’t likely impact them.
NFL draft final player rankings: Quarterback
- Shedeur Sanders, Colorado (No. 13)
- Cam Ward, Miami (No. 30)
- Jaxson Dart, Ole Miss (No. 37)
- Jalen Milroe, Alabama (No. 70)
- Tyler Shough, Louisville (No. 97)
- Riley Leonard, Notre Dame (No. 137)
- Will Howard, Ohio State (No. 159)
- Kyle McCord, Syracuse (No. 163)
- Dillon Gabriel, Oregon (No. 185)
- Quinn Ewers, Texas (No. 225)
Possibilities for the Cardinals
The Cardinals aren’t hurting for a quarterback. Kyler Murray is the clear starter and they sign Jacoby Brissett to be the backup. In the last two seasons, they have only kept two quarterbacks on the active roster, so any third quarterback, currently Clayton Tune, will likely be on the practice squad. So it wouldn’t make sense to add a quarterback with one of their six picks.
